MEET THE FOUNDEr

I spent 10 years running a restaurant and 8 years building a bodybuilding coaching business - often at the same time. I know what it's like to wear every hat, manage every detail, and still watch leads slip through the cracks.

I've spent the last decade running businesses. For years, I had two of them going at the same time. The kind of schedule where every problem in the place ended up on my plate, and most days I never felt caught up.
